I enjoyed staying in this exceptionally comfortable and absolutely fabulous hotel based in a regency building. The breakfast was gorgeous, with toast and jam on the plate. The two days I spent at this hotel were really nice, and I definitely plan to return. the breakfast served was delightful, with a plate of delicious toast and jam available.

The room was individual & luxurious, came with king size bed. The location was handy, so close to the roundabout. Also, such main attraction as Moat House was 3 km from this hotel.

The rooms were modern and airy. the location was particularly good, close to the airport and Cheltenham. - the lounge, TV set, and dining area were useful amenities.

The location is perfect, close to Cheltenham and the airport. They serve warm breakfasts for all tastes with normal toast, juice, and well-brewed tea. - the staff is patient and caring.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
The Full Breakfast was not good, the scrambled eggs fried sometimes too long and sometimes too short, the Black Pudding and the Bacon fried much too long, so that everything was dry. Sometimes we got a pot of tea for 6 cups, then again only for 3 cups. What we also did not like was that we booked in October for the end of May, but the money was debited shortly after the booking.
